1. Tender driver’s license and proof of insurance.

2. If not allowed to leave, invoke your RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT, and tell them you do not wish to make any statements, and you do not wish to answer any questions relating to the consumption of alcohol.  Tell them that you choose not to take any field sobriety tests, or coordination tests, (i.e. balancing tests, nose touch, ABC’S etc.).

3. 4. Tell them that you do not consent to a search of your person, vehicle, or any other property.
